Responsibilities

  • Keep records of monthly tax payments and periodic payments.
  • Coordinate and schedule business meetings, interviews, appointments, corporate events, and other related activities.
  • Draft, file, and review documents, such as receipts, reports, memos, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Locate and restore customer proposals (designs and reports).
  • Keep the agenda of the daily management of the company.

Requirements:
  • English level: B2 - C1.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Experience in similar roles. (desirable)
  • College Degree or Student
