ATDEV seeks a highly skilled CPQ Salesforce Administrator to work with one of our prestigious clients. The successful candidate will ensure the platform is optimized for business needs, identify and resolve performance issues, and collaborate with other departments to design and implement customizations.
Responsibilities
• Manage contracted prices, quote templates, quote processes and custom actions.
• Guide the process for design, test, build and implementation of Salesforce CPQ.
• Configuration of various CPQ constructs like product modeling, bundles, attributes, product rules, Summary variables, discount schedules and customer facing documents.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, including system configuration, user management, security settings, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
• User management. Permission sets, profiles, and roles.
• Internal project management for improvements and implementation of new features.
• Configuration of interaction with the ETL platform.
• Sandbox testing and deployment using change sets.
• Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including managing licenses, monitoring storage usage, and conducting system backups.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform developments and recommend system enhancements as needed.
Requirements and skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• 2 Years of experience supporting Salesforce CPQ systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and related technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce CPQ certification is a must.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a must.
