Job Description
Seasoned Salesforce Developers to help build out the solution and develop internal Salesforce capabilities. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, people-supportive environment with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Salesforce implementation, including custom fields and processes. Works as a lead developer in some situations, helping develop solutions in Salesforce, Lightning, and Apex code.
- Act as a go-to Salesforce expert for our organization – providing Salesforce technical advice, design direction, and leadership to all team members to advance the project.
- Works with Business Analysts and Architects to design solutions for business problems and evaluate requirements for implementation in Salesforce.
- Promote best code and system management practices in line with Waste Management standards and practices.
- Understand aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities to advise and work with the team on the impacts of changes.
- Apply to change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments.
- Mentors and fosters the growth of peers and team members.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction. Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Provides application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis. Troubleshoots and resolves functional and performance-related issues.
Requirements and Skills
- 4-8 years of Salesforce application development
- Significant experience with Apex Coding, LWC, Flows, and Point and Click configurations.
- Significant experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Good experience working with data transformations and integrations using SOAP & REST APIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, and App-builder certifications
