Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Business Development Representative to own and execute the entire B2B sales cycle end-to-end. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in LATAM who are experienced in corporate communications, LinkedIn-driven prospecting, and CRM-based sales execution. The BDR will operate independently, without the support of a marketing or sales team, and will be accountable for taking prospects from first contact through signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads independently using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound outreach, referrals, and direct prospecting.

- Establish and maintain professional, corporate-level communication with decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Initiate contact with prospects, conduct discovery calls, and manage follow-ups.

- Schedule, lead, and run sales calls and presentations with potential clients.

- Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts within the CRM.

- Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-up processes to improve conversion rates.

- Meet or exceed defined revenue, pipeline, and deal-closure targets.

Must-Have Requirements

-  4+ years of proven B2B sales experience with ownership of the full sales cycle.

- Strong corporate communication skills (written and verbal), suitable for engaging decision-makers and executives.

- Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn for sales and prospecting, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

- Ability to work fully independently in a remote environment without a marketing or sales team.

- Based in LATAM with the ability to work across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building a sales pipeline from scratch.

- Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services sales.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills in B2B environments.
