We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant / Junior Solution Architect who brings real-world business maturity and foundational Salesforce expertise to our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You won't just be configuring Salesforce; you will be managing client calls, translating business requirements for our development team, and leveraging your past project management experience to keep deliverables on track.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep prior business or management experience who has transitioned into the Salesforce ecosystem and holds at least one year of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Client & Project Management: Act as a primary point of contact for various clients, confidently leading discovery calls, managing expectations, and keeping projects on scope and schedule.
Solution Architecture & Design: Translate complex client business processes into clean, scalable Salesforce functional requirements and technical user stories.
Developer Collaboration: Work directly with our internal development team to guide implementation, explain business logic, and ensure technical deliverables align with client needs.
Salesforce Administration: Perform declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts) to support client projects.
Business Acumen: Strong, proven background in real-world business operations, management, or professional consulting prior to entering the tech space.
Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 1+ years of active Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least one current certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder).
Project Management Skills: Prior professional experience in project management (agile or waterfall), account management, or team leadership.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; absolute comfort presenting to stakeholders and leading client-facing meetings.

Engagement Type: Full-time employment (40 hours per week), with any approved billable hours beyond the baseline compensated at an overtime rate.
